We invite your organization to be an exhibitor or vendor at the 2026 FCCANYS Conference, held Friday & Saturday, October 2–3, 2026 at the Best Western Plus Hotel and Conference Center in Oswego, NY.
Space is limited — book early!
Tables are assigned on a first come, first served basis. Vendors are also requested to provide a raffle donation of merchandise with a minimum value of $35.00.

Each layout includes: one 6' table, one chair, and one tablecloth.
Exhibitors are encouraged to have items available for participants to purchase and take home. Participants love bringing new items back to their child care environments — your table will be more popular and lucrative with items to sell! Please stock your table with plenty of brochures, catalogues, and items to sell.
You are welcome to set up Thursday evening (for Friday) or Friday evening (for Saturday). Please ensure your vendor table is ready for conference attendees by 8:00 AM. Please note that neither the Best Western nor FCCANYS is responsible for vendor merchandise left unattended.
As in the past, we ask that no toys or items of a violent or aggressive nature be sold.
