    The Family Child Care Association of NYS, Inc. Annual Conference is coming!  Registration includes workshops, keynotes and meals.  Members receive special pricing. EIP scholarship applications are now available for 2023.

    Debit/Credit Card payments are accepted online ONLY.   To pay by check, please register online and choose the "Invoice Me" option.  Mail your check to:

    Educational Incentive Program (EIP)

    Scholarship funding to participate in this training may be available through the Educational Incentive Program (EIP).  For more information or to apply for a scholarship, please visit www.ecetp.pdp.albany.edu

    If using EIP, the original award MUST accompany registration form.  If you are awaiting notification, you may send personal payment and be reimbursed upon receipt of payment of your award.  Payment or EIP award must be submitted with registration. An administrative fee of $50.00 will be charged if fully executed EIP form is not received by 10/09/2023.

    Please note: An onsite registration fee of $35.00 for members and $50.00 for non-members for those not pre-registered to attend the conference.

    Refunds: Requests must be received in writing prior to September 21, 2023.  A $60.00 administration fee will be deducted from the  refunds processed.  Cancellations after 9/21/23 or no-shows are not eligible for refunds.

    We are seeking advertisements for our annual conference brochure.

    The Family Child Care Association of New York State is a non-profit, professional, statewide organization dedicated to supporting family child care providers and associations. Many family child care providers regard the conference as their greatest opportunity to network with others from across the state, learn new ideas & techniques, and re-energize for their work with children.

    We invite you to support the goals of FCCANYS by advertising in our annual conference brochure.  The brochure will be distributed to all attendees, presenters and exhibitors, and is a wonderful opportunity to publicize your organization/business as well as demonstrate your support for quality family child care. 

    Please e-mail a Black and White ad (jpg or png format) in the appropriate size to tsweet@fccanys.org. You can make ad payments online at www.fccanys.org using a credit card, or register online with the "Invoice Me" option and mail your payment to:

    We invite your organization to be an exhibitor/vendor at the 2023 FCCANYS Conference to be held on Friday and Saturday, October 20 and 21 at the Villa Roma Resort & Conference Center in Callicoon, NY.  

    Space availability is limited so please book early.  Tables will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.  Additionally, vendors are requested to provide a donation of merchandise with a minimum value of $35.

    Exhibitors are asked, when possible, to have items for sale for participants to purchase and take with them. Participants are excited to bring new items back to their child care environments, and we find that your table will be more popular and lucrative if you have items to purchase. Please stock your table with many copies of brochures, catalogues and items to sell. (Each layout includes: 1- 6’ Table, 1 chair, 1 tablecloth). 

    As in the past, we ask that no toys/items of a violent or aggressive nature be sold.
