We invite your organization to be an exhibitor or vendor at the 2026 FCCANYS Conference, held Friday & Saturday, October 2–3, 2026 at the Best Western Plus Hotel and Conference Center in Oswego, NY.
Space is limited — book early!
Tables are assigned on a first come, first served basis. Vendors are requested to provide a raffle donation of merchandise with a minimum value of $35.00.
Exhibitors are encouraged to have items available for participants to purchase and take home. Please stock your table with plenty of brochures, catalogues, and items to sell. Each layout includes one 6' table, one chair, and one tablecloth.
You are welcome to set up Thursday evening (for Friday) or Friday evening (for Saturday). Please ensure your table is ready for attendees by 8:00 AM. Neither the Best Western nor FCCANYS is responsible for merchandise left unattended. As in past years, no toys or items of a violent or aggressive nature may be sold.
