2026 FCCANYS Annual Conference Sponsorship Opportunities

The Family Child Care Association of New York State invites your business to partner with us as a sponsor of our 2026 Annual Conference, 2 & 3 October at the Best Western Plus Oswego Hotel & Conference Center in Oswego, NY.

More than 150 family child care professionals from across New York State attend for two days of keynotes, workshops and exhibits. They are small-business owners who choose the curriculum, equipment, food, insurance and services their programs run on — an audience you would otherwise reach one home at a time.

Sponsors are recognized as partners who help FCCANYS deliver education, training and networking to people who spend their working lives caring for children.

Sponsor one part of the conference

Prefer to put your name on a specific moment attendees will remember? These are available on their own, and each is limited.

• Coffee, tea and water station — $500. Open all day in the main conference space. Two available.
• Maria Otto Scholarship Award — $900. Underwrite the award presented to this year's scholarship winner. One available.
• Friday evening social — $500. Light refreshments and one beverage of choice per attendee. One available.
