Educational Incentive Program (EIP)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
EIP Participants: The original award MUST accompany your registration form. If you are awaiting notification, you may send personal payment and be reimbursed upon receipt of your award. An administrative fee of $50.00 will be charged if a fully executed EIP form is not received by September 18, 2026.
Onsite Registration: An onsite registration fee of $35.00 for members and $50.00 for non-members applies to those who have not pre-registered.
Refunds: Requests must be received in writing prior to September 4, 2026. A $60.00 administration fee will be deducted from all refunds. Cancellations after September 4, 2026 or no-shows are not eligible for refunds. To cancel, please email jvalentine@fccanys.org.
