The Family Child Care Association of NYS, Inc. Annual Conference is coming!  Registration includes workshops, keynotes and meals.  Members receive special pricing. EIP scholarship applications are now available for 2024.

Educational Incentive Program (EIP)

Scholarship funding to participate in this training may be available through the Educational Incentive Program (EIP). For more information or to apply for a scholarship, please visit www.ecetp.pdp.albany.edu. You may also contact EIP by email at eip@albany.edu or by phone at either (800) 295-9616 or (518) 442-6575.

If using EIP, the original award MUST accompany registration form.  If you are awaiting notification, you may send personal payment and be reimbursed upon receipt of payment of your award.  Payment or EIP award must be submitted with registration. An administrative fee of $50.00 will be charged if fully executed EIP form is not received by 09/23/2024.

Please note: An onsite registration fee of $35.00 for members and $50.00 for non-members for those not pre-registered to attend the conference.

Refunds: Requests must be received in writing prior to September 6, 2024.  A $60.00 administration fee will be deducted from the  refunds processed.  Cancellations after 9/6/24 or no-shows are not eligible for refunds.
