Bari Koral presents: Yogapalooza

Many educators are discovering the profound impacts of bringing elements of yoga and mindfulness to young children.  Kids yoga expert and popular recording artist Bari Koral is at the forefront of introducing or reinforcing these powerful tools.  After grappling with anxiety for almost a decade, Bari dove dep into the world of yoga and mediattion to help restore and heal her nervous sytem.  Since then she has shared these tools with almost over 10,000 teachers (and counting).  Her beloved songs for children have become an instant way for thousands of teachers to bring yoga and mindfulness lessons you can use everyday to help children self soothe, self regulate, relax, and focus.  We'll also get moving with a trip to the moon, learn yoga with a dancing bear, pop like popcorn and more as we discover a wonderful world of yoga with children.
